Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operation and administration of the CMMS software.
- Ensure that all data entered into the system is accurate, up-to-date, and properly maintained.
- Configure and customize the CMMS to meet the specific needs of the organization.
- Input and manage data related to equipment, assets, maintenance schedules, and work orders.
- Maintain the accuracy and integrity of the CMMS database
- Conduct regular audits of CMMS data to identify and rectify discrepancies.
- Monitor the progress and completion of work orders to ensure timely and efficient maintenance.
- Coordinate with maintenance technicians and supervisors to resolve any issues related to work orders.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on maintenance activities, equipment performance, and system usage.
- Analyze CMMS data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for cost savings.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve maintenance processes and strategies.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to CMMS users.
- Conduct training sessions for new users and ongoing training for existing users to ensure effective use of the CMMS.
- Develop and update user manuals, training materials, and documentation.
- Work closely with IT and software vendors to implement system upgrades, patches, and new features.
- Identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements.
- Participate in the evaluation, selection and implementation of new CMMS software or modules as needed.
- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for CMMS use and maintenance activities.
- HS diploma or equivalent required
- AS or BS in supply chain, inventory, manufacturing, engineering, computer science, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered
- 1-2 years manufacturing or experience preferred
- Proven experience working with CMMS software (e.g., Maximo, Infor EAM, SAP PM). Experience with Limble preferred
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow through
- Strong understanding of maintenance processes, asset management, and reliability principles.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to train and support users with varying levels of technical proficiency.
- Enthusiastic, with a drive for results
- Ability to work independently, act as a team player, and wear multiple hats as needed.
- Ability to multi task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new programs/software
- Capable of working in a deadline-oriented environment
- Valid drivers license
